If you sign up for the Gold or Silver Plan and would like to upgrade to the Elite Plan, you will be issued a pro-rated refund for unused days on your current plan and then upgraded to the new plan.
At present, Metasung does not have a mobile app. Our platform is however designed to be navigated easily from a mobile device.

The more you practice, the more you learn, the better you will become. Good advice shortens the learning curve, and overtime, you will develop your own strategies.
Metasung allows you to cancel your subscription with no penalty, if the cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of purchase. You will be issued a pro-rated refund for unused days on your current plan. For example, if you purchase any one of our subscription packages and a week later you decide that we are not what you were looking for, then you can cancel your subscription and receive a prorated refund for unused days. The prorated refund is applicable only during the 14-day grace period. Should you decide to cancel after the 14-day grace period has expired, you may cancel without a refund for unused days. If you choose to renew a subscription plan, you will continue to have access to your plan for the duration of the purchased subscription package. Once your subscription expires, you will have access to a basic account.
If you cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase, Metasung will credit the prorated refund for unused days on your current plan. Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
