The SAFe Scrum Master® Training course is available from Scaled Agile, which created and maintains the SAFe framework. Scaled Agile also provides the certification for this course to receive the highest quality training and preparation.
If you cannot attend the class on the initially scheduled date, you can reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before the start time. Our learning advisors will assist you in this process and find alternative dates that suit your schedule better.
You can take the SAFe Scrum Master exam within 30 days of completing the course. If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, you can retake it immediately. However, there is a 10-day waiting period for the third attempt and a 30-day waiting period for the fourth attempt.
Your course registration fee covers the SAFe® Scrum Master® certification exam fee if you take it within 30 days of completing the course. If you need to retake the exam or take it after 30 days, there is a $50 fee.
Certainly, you can reschedule your class without any charge until 24 hours before the start of the course. Our learning advisors are available to assist you in finding dates that better fit your schedule.

The course is open to everyone, with no specific eligibility criteria for enrollment. It welcomes anyone interested in learning about SAFe®.
The SAFe Scrum Master® certification exam is a 90-minute online test with 45 multiple-choice questions. To pass the exam, candidates must correctly answer at least 33 questions (73% passing score).
The SAFe Scrum Master® certification is valid for one year. To renew it, you must complete 10 Professional Development Units (PDUs) within the past year and pay the renewal fee.

PDUs (Professional Development Units) and SEUs (Scrum Education Units) are credits awarded by professional organizations to recognize and reward your efforts to stay up-to-date on the latest project management and Scrum knowledge and practices. PDUs are granted by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and SEUs are awarded by the Scrum Alliance. You can earn 15 PDUs and 16 SEUs by taking a SAFe Scrum Master Certification training course.
Here are the steps for renewing your SAFe Scrum Master® certification:
– Log in to your Scaled Agile Community Platform account.
– Click the My Certifications tab.
– Click the Renew button next to your SAFe Scrum Master® certification.
– Pay the renewal fee.
– Complete 10 Professional Development Units (PDUs) within the past year. You can earn PDUs by attending Scaled Agile training courses, industry conferences, or online learning activities.
– Submit your PDUs for review.
– Once you have completed these steps, your SAFe Scrum Master® certification will be renewed for another year.
You must note that you can skip the exam to renew your certification.
You can also renew your certification early, 120 days before expiration.
