What you will do

Empowering Agile Teams

Coach and Mentor: Guide and support Scrum teams through adopting and mastering SAFe principles and practices.
Facilitation Expertise: Foster effective team communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
Champion of Agile: Ensure adherence to SAFe ceremonies and processes.

Leading the Scrum Cycle

Scrum Event Leadership: Plan, lead, and participate in Scrum events like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, ensuring adherence to SAFe frameworks.

Removing Roadblocks and Optimizing Flow

Impediment Removal: Identify obstacles hindering team progress, collaborating with stakeholders to remove roadblocks.
Continuous Improvement Advocate: Champion continuous improvement practices within the team.

Scaling Agile Across the Organization

SAFe Champion: Promote and manage SAFe practices at scale, fostering a culture of agility within the organization.
Collaboration Catalyst: Educate stakeholders on SAFe principles and facilitate collaboration across teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Performance Measurement and Optimization

Track & Analyze: Track key metrics, analyze team data, and identify areas for improvement.
ART Collaboration: Collaborate with the ART Scrum Master to optimize flow and delivery across the ART.

Required Qualifications

Hold a Certified SAFe Scrum Master (6 CSM) or SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) certification, demonstrating a solid understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Possess a deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices, including experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams to achieve success.

Excel at communication, facilitation, and negotiation, fostering collaboration and resolving issues effectively.

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges, optimizing team performance.

Prior experience working in a scaled Agile environment using SAFe is a plus.
